Ivana Matić

Ivana Matić is a founder and CEO of women in business brand Women in Adria. She manages to greatly impact the promotion and strengthening of women's entrepreneurship through her portal www.womeninadria.com and numerous events organised all across Croatia. Women in Adria gives women entrepreneurs - both beginners and those with experience – a platform for networking, education and support of a community of women who face the same challenges. She actively works on enhancing the abilities of the private sector to better understand the needs of women entrepreneurs and adjust its supply to them, for which she also advocated in the public sector. Prior to starting her own business, Ms. Matić spent most of her career working for the Big Four consulting companies, where she gained valuable experience working on projects for the biggest Croatian companies. She is a mother of three girls.
